polka dots with a midiI just googled what decade did girls tie their shirts and it yielded only the current nineties waist-tie trend, which I completely support. Completely.

But what am I doing here? Fifties? Eighties? I can’t put my finger on it but I also completely support it. With the length of a midi skirt, the top needs to be shorter and tighter and cropier and nothing fixes that problem quicker than a little button down tied up tight. I will do it all day long because I think it is darling.
