This knit sweater is exactly what I have been looking for. But it’s not mine.
I am always on the lookout for a perfect oatmeal chunky turtleneck, especially now seeing them layered with cotton striped ones everywhere. So when my friend Jenna walked into my house for a Sunday Funday wearing this, I was immediately struck with jealously. After a few Mt. Carmel brews, I then said did you want to let me where that all over DC for a weekend or can you tell me exactly where I can buy it? She broke the news that it was an oldie-but-goodie from years past, but she was kind enough to let me borrow it (which in turn means kind enough to let me blog about it…). A loaner that gets layered is a score beyond words.

I hate when I see something I want so badly, and it’s not been sold in years or is vintage. I am always hoping they tell me “Oh I got it at Target for 12 bucks just this morning!”
I mean, seriously!
