wedding dresses

February 10, 2015

Within a month, three of my nearest and dearest got engaged. Which means I now have nothing to do but celebrate love, joy, and happiness with the gals I love the most.

Now of course, the very first celebration was dress shopping with my own maid of honor Brittany, which means a day spent among silks and tulle and lace and satin of whites and creams and champagnes. As a lover of all things dressy and fashion, I couldn’t help but think how amazing it would be to design wedding dresses. The occasion is always exciting and the dresses can be as dreamy a notion as one can imagine. What could be more lovely?

So today it is about enjoying some of that beauty. And I think no matter where you are in life – single, dating, engaged, married for years running – you can easily get behind the fun of wedding dress shopping, which is all I want to share. The dresses Brittany gravitated towards were romantic and classic, but she also indulged us in our likes and more likes, which brings us here today.
