I am admittedly not the best secondhand shopper, but I now totally get the value thanks to thredUP.

ThredUP is a well curated online consignment shop, chock full of high-quality secondhand fashion, offering a wide array of brands in like-new condition. ThredUP is the place to get your hands on items and brands that you may not otherwise given their hefty retail price tags. But even beyond designer labels and names, thredUP is also the stop for just overall amazing value and price.

Upon perusing the site, I found this perfectly fun little Dolce Vita blazer, which came in at the whopping price of $19. Now as a first time thredUP shopper, I was also able to apply a 40% discount code off my total order, which brought the price of this jacket down to roughly $13. That made the whole score of this piece alone 92% off the original retail tag of $250. That is just laughable.

I don’t think anyone can argue the joy of a great deal, and having great style these days means mixing high and low pieces and working with the amazing options out there. ThredUP provides that precise opportunity, all the while treating it like the true shopping experience that it is. That is what makes shopping #secondhandfirst with thredUP so fun and exciting.
