Last week, a couple of coworkers/girlfriends and I grabbed dinner at The Wine Guy Wine Shop and Bistro. While we had initially wanted to be somewhere outside, a surprise rain storm ruined those plans and this was truly the next best option.
I honestly should have had my friend Annie write this post because basically everything we did or had was per her suggestion. The steak bruschetta appetizer was her call, which was awesome, and so was the spicy shrimp pasta, which all three of us ordered. Every bite and dish was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. We were also there the night when there was no corking fee so we split a tasty bottle of Allen Scott, my new favorite sauvignon blanc. I mean, this was the easiest kind of night. The place was great, the food was tasty, and the company was sweet. What more could you want?
