Okay, there’s quite a few things to talk about here.
First, let’s start with the fact that I’ve done it again. I got a new pair of heels (that are crazy comfortable) and I have been wearing them to dress up jeans. I’m literally a different woman.
Second, I can’t stop front tucking tops into my high waisted jeans. I didn’t think that would be an option, but it so is. That simple act makes me feel a little more pulled together, while still maintaining a casual, laid back vibe.
And thirdly, this was something I wore out for a night on a bachelorette party. In theory, a silk button down and jeans would not be a likely grab for this kind of evening. However, buttoning it pretty low, wearing some statement necklaces, tucking it in, and finishing it all with some sleek heels makes it a total candidate for stepping out and feeling good.
It’s funny how a few easy moves with a few easy pieces can really make something something.
