I got this amazing blouse in Chicago when Kenny took me there to celebrate my birthday, which makes today’s post very apropos as it is my actual and official birthday day.
But enough about birthdays, here is all that I love about this top. The over-exaggerated three-tier ruffle that cascades and flows across the near whole of the body. The single sleeve that also has an over-exaggerated two-tier ruffle bell. The light blush hue, which is slowly but surely taking over as the most neutral color in my closet. And finally, the flirty flounce of the whole thing – it makes being paired with black and a jacket feel light and refreshing, while also being cool and laid back with a pair of distressed blue jeans. It really is the making of sweet top dreams.
Now picture me blowing out candles while this beauty blows in the wind…
